Customer Service Adviser with first class IT skills required by award winning entrepreneurial software company based in Doncaster, South Yorkshire. We develop online digital platforms to allow customers to manage their loyalty points from different brands. Salary up to £20K depending on skills and experience. Some homeworking will be possible (2-3 days a week).

We are now looking to recruit a motivated and talented Customer Service Adviser to join the team. This is a new role within our start-up company so the successful individual will have a real opportunity to define the position and grow as we grow. Excellent career opportunity for the right candidate.

As part of the role you will oversee online tickets from our customers and business clients; respond to product reviews social posts and live chat; as well as working with our third party fraud system to review flagged users, ensuring that genuine customers are not blocked. The majority of the role is online, with little or no direct phone interaction.

Key Responsibilities: 
-Develop new processes for the customer journey, defining email work-flow and best practice
-Work with our Tech Team to define tools needed on internal and third-party systems to ensure an efficient response toqueries 
-Respond to customer questions and comments via email, direct social and live chat with speed and professionalism. 
-Monitor and respond to Reviews in the Apple and Google App Stores 
-Research and resolve complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction. 
-Coordinate and follow up with other departments and third-party vendors to ensure problem resolution. 
-Use our third party Fraud system to ensure only genuine members are using the platform 

You: 
-Ability to work in a team environment 
-Strong customer orientation ability
-Genuine desire and willingness to help our customers
-First class IT skills  
-Strong verbal and written communication skills 
-2+ years in Customer Service or Help Desk 
-Experience creating customer workflows that improve customer interactions 
-Ability to work autonomously in a virtual environment 
-Suitable home workspace with reliable Home Broadband 

Previous knowledge of Desk360 and SEON would be desirable, but not essential, as training will be provided for the right candidate.
