We are looking for a an brilliant Affiliate & CLO Partnership Manager to join our Growth team. Reporting to our Head of Growth you need to be hungry, ambitious, and ready to excel in your career!

Key Responsibilities and Skills:
-Manage and maintain existing affiliate & card linked partner relationships whilst identifying new opportunities and secure new partnerships including tenancy and performance-based deals across a wide range of verticals.
-Acquire new and exclusive offers for the Swapi redemption store from brands which will drive user adoption and grow revenue in line with company targets.
-Play a key role in achieving and exceeding growth targets.
-Represent the Swapi brand, bringing new innovations and ideas regularly to the management team
-Work closely with all affiliate networks to identify growth opportunities and new partners.
-Organise presentations throughout the year and maintain a good profile within the major affiliate networks and agencies.
-Liaise with other departments to ensure all campaigns are correctly set up and executed and monitor campaigns to ensure they hit delivery targets.
-Persuade clients to purchase advertising subscription packages with strong communication and negotiating skills.
-Maximise sales potential for the business, and actively supporting the team during key seasonal shopping moments throughout the year
-Keep up-to-date with latest industry trends. Skills and experience

About You:
-Experience within affiliate and card linking industry is a must
-In depth knowledge around key global affiliate networks
-Entrepreneurial, commercially smart, and growth oriented.
-Experience in managing and developing commercial relationships
-Proven track-record of selling and delivering commercial campaigns.
-Deep knowledge and understanding of affiliate and e-commerce KPIs, commercial models, tracking solutions and attribution.
-Highly organised and able to prioritise a varied workload and deadlines.
-Attention to detail.
-An excellent communicator and strong negotiator who can build relationships easily.
-Confidence to work independently and be a self-starter.
-Driven and results orientated.
-Ability to work well as a team and contribute to wider business strategy.
-Strong commercial acumen
-Excellent team player
