Hire / Trade Counter Assistant required by Tool and Equipment Hire Centre based in Warminster, Wiltshire. Competitive Salary offered.
Supplying everything from the smallest power tool, carpet cleaner or floor sander up to a 3 ton excavator or dumper, we pride ourselves on our service and the quality of our equipment. Our busy Hire centre in Warminster are now looking for an enthusiastic Trade Counter Assistant to join their team.
The successful candidate will be based on the shop counter dealing with the day-to-day running of the hire counter. Duties will include answering the phones, taking bookings and serving customers, booking items out for delivery, and keeping the shop stocked and tidy.
You will also be required to test equipment so it’s ready for rehire and on occasion deliver items to customers or other branches. This role is a hands on job and will require some heavy lifting.
All training will be provided but some previous knowledge would help.
