Training and Development Manger required by medical / pharmacy supplies company based in Brighton. Salary c40K plus benefits.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a profitable, entrepreneurial and highly respected provider of specialist services to independent hospitals, hospices and clinics in the UK with ambitious plans to grow. In addition to the core pharmacy business, the board has developed an award winning e-learning programme consisting of modules based on relevant medicines related topics and they are now looking for an ambitious and talented individual to develop this and the variety of other training packages on offer and move all the services to a new e-learning platform.
Your primary responsibility will be to manage all the training packages ensuring a high level of retention and work closely with the Sales and Marketing Director to maximise the commercial opportunities from them. The other aspects of the role will be to: identify a new e-learning platform and manage the migration of existing services onto it; in liaison with the clinical team to develop a new training package for both existing contracted customers and new / non contracted customers and to oversee all internal training at the business.
A self-motivated individual with excellent customer facing and strong interpersonal skills, you will ideally have knowledge of the health industry and particularly a good understanding and experience of e-learning/training. We want someone with a track record of successfully identifying new commercial / sales opportunities and capitalising on these within a highly regulated sales environment.
