Customer Services Administrator required by customer services consultancy based in Holsworthy, North Devon.  Full time (37.5 hrs pw) : £14,000 - £15,000 pa depending upon experience. Initial temporary contract with a view to becoming permanent for the right candidate.

Our client specialises in mystery shopping services to a variety of customer facing businesses throughout the UK. They have a vacancy in their Client Services Teams administering mystery shopping projects. The role involves assisting in the setting up of project assignments, briefing suitable shoppers, confirming assessment dates, approving shopper fees and expenses, monitoring each mystery shop and quality checking shoppers’ reports before they are forwarded to the client. 

You will be methodical and organised with a very keen eye for detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure.  Good basic Excel, Word and spelling skills are essential as is a good telephone manner and email technique since you will be liaising with both mystery shoppers and clients.
Please note DBS and credit checks are routinely carried out as part of the recruitment process and we will require you to undertake an on line quality control test.
