PMO Manager required by a leading provider of global IT solutions and managed services based in Slough. Highly competitive salary and benefits offered.
 
We are now looking to recruit a PMO Manager lead/manage a team of Project Administration and Resource Management specialists in the support of the management of multiple customer facing projects for the implementation of IT solutions, infrastructure, IP networks and managed service transitions. 
 
The PMO Manager’s prime responsibility is to provide project administration, specialist project skills (risk, quality and finance) and resource management support to ensure that the UK project portfolio is delivered within the required tolerances of time, cost, scope, quality, risk and benefits.
 
Professional Qualities
-Previous PMO management experience
-Line management experience
-P3O Practitioner Certified preferred
-Degree level qualification preferred 
-Excellent leadership qualities
-Ability to manage geographically dispersed teams
-A flexible attitude to work
-The ability to communicate at all levels of the business
-Strong communications skills including coaching, presenting, technical and business writing
-Ability to deliver formal presentations.
-Ability to motivate and gain commitment from others, escalate and accelerate activities & issues to meet targets
-Willingness for continuous improvement
-Able to create and motivate a high performance project team
-Full Driving Licence
