Change and Configuration Manager required by a leading provider of global IT solutions and managed services based in Slough. Highly competitive salary and benefits package offered.
We are now looking to recruit a Change and Configuration Manager to manage a team responsible for the implementation of effective change management through the effective validation and evaluation and approval of each change. In addition to this the successful candidate will be the configuration design owner and manage the virtual and physical configuration items to provide an accurate CMDB.
You will lead both on and offsite Change & configuration Analysts that interface into the customers Change Management functions with an aim of delivering a consistent effective process to deliver change control within strict timelines to meet SLA’s.
Key Attributes:
•Minimum of 2 years experience in a change management team
•Minimum of 2 years experience of developing and implementing configuration items.
•ITIL V3 foundation and Service transition/ change management required.
•Experience of developing the configuration design for IT modules for both physical and virtual Configuration items.
•Proven experience as a Team Leader
•Proven success at delivering to KPI
•Good communicator and calm under pressure
•Demonstrable experience in influencing stakeholders
•Proven record of delivering service improvement in this environment
•Good knowledge of Service Now is an advantage
