IT Technical Support Engineer required by IT Services Company based in Farnborough, Hampshire. £25K-£30K

We deliver complete managed IT support to professional business across the UK acting as the IT department or complementing the in house IT team, providing expertise to keep software and services working efficiently.

We now have an exciting opportunity for an IT Support Engineer with sound experience to support and implement the latest IT solutions including cloud computing for our professional customer base. The successful candidate will be technically strong with good working knowledge of Microsoft server products including Office 365 and virtualised server systems either HyperV or VMWare.  2 years experience in an IT support environment is essential.  MCP or MCSA (working towards MCSE) would be considered highly desirable.

Based at our offices in Hampshire, you will be part of an experienced IT support team and handle support requests directly from customers and from their remote monitoring platform. There will be opportunity to be involved in the planning and deployment of new and replacement IT systems for customers including migration to their cloud computing platform and Office 365.

You will demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills and be able to work under your own initiative whilst remaining flexible. You will need to handle a variety of tasks and manage your time and workload both from the office and in the field.

-Virtualised Server Environments
-Office 365 Exchange 2003 – 2013
-Networking Skills
-TCPIP routing and DNS, VLAN's
-Business class backup environments
-System migrations
