IT Project Coordinator required by innovative and successful IT company based in Wokingham. Competitive salary of £20K-23K offered depending on expertise and experience.

Our client now requires a IT Project Coordinator to take responsibility for the coordination of assigned projects from order through to completion; managing agreed budget; effective scheduling of internal and external resources; ensuring effective processes in place. The key output is to meet customer requirement and deliver a quality service. You will be a proactive communicator with strong planning and organization skills as well as excellent customer care skills. The ability to work under pressure is essential. Prince2 foundation certification and an understanding of IT technologies e.g. Networking/End User technologies would be considered highly desirable

Responsibilities:
-Discuss requirements and support sales team to define the required scope.
-Define, plan, document project scope and timelines.
-Work with appropriate operations and technical groups to identify required resources and assign responsibilities.
-Prepare required material and processes which define the scope of requirement; issue to all stakeholders- both external and internal; ensuring effective method of communication.
-Manage day-to-day operational aspects of assigned projects; engaging and communicating effectively with all stakeholders.
-Attend meetings- typically via conference calls- as required.
-Proactively manage assigned projects throughout life cycle, coordinating required input from all stakeholders.
-Ensure agreed project parameters and KPIS are met to ensure a quality service delivered.
-Report on project status using suitable reporting tools; measuring achievement of project milestones and KPIS.
-Proactively manage and report on all project risks (including contingency planning), agreeing and instigating corrective actions where necessary.
-Understand basic revenue models and Profit and Loss; preparing budget; forecasting and analysing variances and initiate corrective actions, if appropriate.
-Responsible for the billing of assigned projects in line with agreed project milestones.
-Effective manage time in order to ensure all assigned projects delivered on time; instigating escalation process, if required.

Experience:
-Good general education.
-Relevant project coordination experience. Minimum 2 years.
-A proven record of delivering IT development projects to budget and timescale.
-Appreciation of PRINCE 2 concept and methodologies
