Customer Services Administrator required by IT company based in Croydon. Salary negotiable depending on skills and experience. Part time hours: 1.30pm to 5.30pm with full-time cover over school holidays.

We provide professional outsourced support and IT services to the SME and voluntary sector and now require a Customer Service Administrator to join our busy team. You will be assisting with the day to day running of the office as well as answering the phone, taking messages, redirecting calls through to the appropriate department and liaising with clients via to arrange site visits for our field engineers.
Excellent telephone manner, communication skills and the ability to organise and prioritise are essential. Previous experience within a sales environment / department would be desirable.
Hours:  1.30pm to 5.30pm Monday to Friday with full-time cover over school holiday.
