Customer Services Administrator required by Car Body Accident Repair Centre based in Reading RG2. Salary negotiable depending on skills and experience.
We are a busy independent Car Body Shop and are now looking to recruit an experienced Customer Services Administrator to join the team. If you are good at dealing with the public, organised and enjoy multi-tasking you could be just what we need.
The job will involve face to face, telephone and email contact with the general public, suppliers, Insurance companies and other departments internally. Day to day tasks range from booking in customers, checking in vehicles, guiding them through their repairs and updating them, to making sure reports are collated and job packs are correct.  You will be able to keep the management system up to date and the ability to work well under pressure is a must.
Computer knowledge (Word, Excel etc) is essential and experience of Eclipse management system software would be advantageous,  however full training will be given. Time management skills and attention to detail are needed along with an upbeat and friendly personality.
