Sales and Marketing Manager required by building services / facilities management company based in Stratford London E15. £28K - £40K OTE depending on skills and experience. .
 
 We provide Mechanical & Electrical Building Services i.e. heating, plumbing, air conditioning, ventilation and electrical to schools, hospitals, hotels, offices, pubs restaurants and domestic housing etc.  We now seek to appoint an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to spearhead and coordinate our drive to take the company to new heights and broaden our client base and areas of operation. You will be well mannered, presentable and polite with excellent time keeping skills and reliability.

Responsibilities:
-Discussing on a regular basis with the MD policy and direction with updates and changes as the Programme evolves.
-Manage with the MD the above Team and their compliance to laid down procedures and to measure their individual weekly dashboard reporting providing analytical results and introducing and actioning with them any shortfall recovery plans.
-Working with colleagues (joint meetings between you as required) on our promotions and developing ideas with the Team for Campaigns and producing Case Studies, Testimonials (updating the web site), Project References for use within PQQ’s and Personal References from Customers for use as Referee’s and seeking their permission to be used.
-Developing supporting documentation i.e. colleagues CV’s etc as requested from DH to enhance our ‘Easy PQQ’ IT system.
-Ensuring full use and updating of our Job Logic system with regular reviews to make sure we maximise their benefits and also it’s interfacing with our Pegasus Opera Accounts Package (new edition as LB advised is now available).
-Reviewing our current CRM systems efficiency (change if no good) and train staff to maximise its use for your Reporting Systems back to MD and any direction you need to issue on its use.
-Social media including MD’s personal LinkedIn
-Development and recruitment of internal and external staff (AM’s and BDM’s) to your Team
-MD’s diary including organising ‘Bid Adjudication’ meetings with Team members.
-Arranging MD meetings with existing and prospective Clients.
-Special task requests from the MD

Additional Tasks:
-Extracting prospective and existing client data by industry sector (Schools, NHS, and Housing Associations etc) and geographical areas from Goldmine IT CRM system.
-Drafting compelling copy for email campaigns.
-Running campaigns using Mail Chimp and reporting on open and clicks
-Following up those who have opened their clicks for appointments etc
-Organise and develop social media design (twitter, face book etc), monitoring and responding to mentions, proactively posting news stories and joining in industry related conversations.
-Run my (RT) LinkedIn account posting regular news items
-Encouraging staff to share social media news
-Working with Digital Light House to drive visitors to the Microsite
-Using your own skills in updating our web site maintaining a refreshing and up to date ‘feel’ with easy to use interaction. Working with me in updating ‘Case Studies’, News, Careers etc and also with out web host as and when considered necessary for eshots etc.
