Sales Administrator required for holiday home / caravan accessories company based in Poole. Salary: £16,000
 
Our client has been supplying quality accessories for the static caravan holiday home industry since 1989, leading the way in product innovation and design. They are currently looking to appoint an enthusiastic and conscientious Sales Administrator on a full time permanent basis. Candidates must have excellent administration skills to provide office support to an area sales representative combined with professional communication skills as dealing with customer enquiries over the telephone is a perquisite of the role. The position will entail balancing customer demands with company interests and provide a superior service to trade & retail customers. 
 
Responsibilities:
- To work at both trade/park and retail level, giving every customer exceptional customer service and attention to all their needs/enquiries.
- To ensure Dealers are assisted and advised if potential customers contact through our main office as quickly as possible.
- Ensuring all enquiries are dealt with immediately through our various communication outlets and all Deck Designer enquiries are attended to/forwarded immediately.
- Increase sales in areas relating to our own representatives through marketing and telephone/email sales.
- Following up every quote with a personal call to customers – making absolutely sure that we are aware of the customer’s intentions at all times.
- To ensure sales representatives have relevant information for customers in their areas, including current quotes, recent enquiries, orders placed/received, any issues on parks or any item relating to a specific park.
- To represent the company at client visits as necessary.  Driving license and own transport are essential.
 
Experience and Skills:
- Excellent Customer Service and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience of design software would be advantageous, but not essential
- Demonstrates a strong sense of individual accountability
 
Hours:  Monday – Friday 9-5.30, with one Saturday in every three 10am-3pm during summer period, this will be paid at time and a half.
