Salary £30K - £35K OTE. Previous telesales experience would be highly beneficial, however it’s your personality, work ethic and determination to hit and exceed targets and to be the best sales person in the team that are the qualities we are looking for. You may be a graduate / college leaver with some commercial experience, or a more professional sales candidate – we are interested in hearing from a range of people. No insurance experience is required.
We sell life insurance products over the phone to customers throughout the UK from online enquiries received from a number of affiliates and from our own lead generation team (no cold calling). The aim is to maximise the revenue of each enquiry by utilising a compliant and professional sales process
We are currently looking to add a number of highly motivated and hardworking individuals to the sales team through our Trainee Sales Consultant programme. Upon joining, each trainee sales consultant will undergo a 2 week training programme. On successful completion, trainees will then be integrated into the sales team through on the job training and coaching. This is a target driven role and the successful trainee will be expected to progress steadily through our bronze, silver, gold and platinum bonus schemes with each having higher targets and greater earning potential.
Hours of work are 11.15am to 8.15pm Monday to Thursday and 9.30am to 6.30pm on Friday
– No weekend work.
Responsibilities:
-Reach and exceed a targeted monthly risk figure set dependant on ability.
-Maintain and increase profitability throughout the month
-Perform fact finds, provide quotes and set up policies for customers over the phone
-Enhance the customer journey in a professional and polite manner at all times
-Ensure that all compliance procedures are adhered to at all times
-Ensure that all contacts (successful or otherwise) are recorded on our back office system.
-Use the skill sets learned to capitalise on all business opportunities
