Contact Centre / Customer Service Team Leader required by Motor Dealership based in Chorley, Lancashire. Salary £21K /£22K basic - £25K OTE depending on skills and experience.
We are looking to recruit a Team Leader for our Group Business Development Centre based above our dealership in Chorley. This is an exciting role as we look to develop this central office to effectively handle and manage all enquiries to our business and the right candidate will be central to this growth and development. This in turn offers the opportunity to become part of the Management team.
We are a large privately owned dealer group employing over 250 employees, 60% of whom have been with us for 5 years or more. We have a strong relationship with the Manufacturers we represent and have a passion for ‘driving excellence’ in all that we do, ensuring we connect with both internal and external customers and provide an exceptional customer experience.
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for:
-Managing and developing a team of Customer Service Agents to achieve customer service excellence whilst at the same time hitting key sales objectives.
-Ensuring that work is managed in an efficient, effective and timely manner
-Ensuring team members are effectively coached and developed to become a High-Performance Team
Skills / Experience:
-Proven experience of working in a fast-moving telesales environment
-Strong leadership skills driven by achieving/exceeding predetermined company targets and -KPI’s, whilst leading by example
-Dealing with inbound and outbound calls
-Flexible approach to working hours and managing Staff Rota’s
-Ability to work on own initiative and have a logical and methodical approach to work
-Being proactive with excellent organisational and time management skills
