Account Manager / Business Development Manager required by a customer services consultancy based in Holsworthy, North Devon. Salary £27,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on skills and experience.
At Mystery Shoppers Ltd, we assess the customer service and/or compliance of many different types of organisations through a variety of channels including telephone, face to face and email. What makes us special is that, for us, each project is seen as unique. We offer a bespoke service and regard our relationship with our clients as a partnership where our role is not just to provide data but to understand and share their aims and objectives. We’d like to find a candidate who understands what we’re about and has the just right communication and presentation skills to spread the word – both amongst our existing client portfolio and to new business.

We have 25 years’ experience working with a wide range of clients including many household names and a turnover exceeding £2m. We are seeking a highly enthusiastic, motivated and individual with excellent communication skills who is passionate about customer service to become part of our friendly, professional team.

The role includes responsibility for growing our client portfolio, largely dealing with incoming enquiries but also proactively identifying new business via a number of channels including networking. The successful candidate will be capable of presenting the company’s services to existing and potential new clients in a self-assured and convincing manner.

-Excellent IT skills – good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
-Ability to build relationships with existing and new clients, determining the appropriate level of follow up on an individual basis
-Consultative approach 
Occasional overnight visits to client sites may be required (approx. 3 times a month). Driving licence essential/occasional use of own car desirable
