IT Support Engineer / Analyst required to provide remote and onsite support to clients in Central / Greater London and the Home Counties £20K-£28K. The role is based at the Head Office in Croydon.
Our client is a Microsoft Partner providing professional outsourced support and IT services to the SME and voluntary sector market for over 23 years. They now require a Support Engineer to provide predominantly onsite client technical support from initial support to completion throughout London and the Home Counties. In addition you will also provide HelpDesk support via email, phone; remote assistance and undertake installations etc when based in the office. Consequently it will be necessary to live with a 1 hour commute of Croydon.

Technical Skills
You should be proficient in Microsoft desktop and installing and supporting server platforms including to Windows 7/8 and Server 2008/2012. In addition to desktop and server platforms you should also ideally have experience and working knowledge of some or all of the server/infrastructure applications and roles: Exchange Server, Remote Desktop Services, Hyper-V, VPN’s, IIS, routers and firewalls. Office 365 experience is also an advantage. You should ideally have a minimum of 1 valid MCP qualification with previous experience in an IT Field Engineer role. Driving license is essential.
