Customer Feedback Analyst required by a leading provider of Customer Feedback Management solutions company based in Bourne End, Buckinghamshire. Salary circa £20,500 depending on skills and experience.

You will join a small but experienced and dynamic team, supporting the on-going and accurate development of our customer feedback technology, which is based on accurate phrase matching, using sophisticated 'smart phrases' maintained in the Lexicon. These smart phrases have to be continually updated from the results of processing client data, so that we make continuous improvement to the accuracy of the contextual analysis.

You may be a recent graduate in a relevant subject such as English Language or have experience of an office / customer service / admin. environment. However we welcome applications from a wide range of backgrounds as full on the job training will be given. Fluency in English as a first language is essential as an excellent understanding of colloquialisms, sayings, idioms, etc. is required.

- A good memory is essential; you must be able to retain an understanding of the Lexicon structure and how to express phrases using our (simple) own text programming language
- Fast reading - the job involves reading large amounts of text comments and identifying where the categorisation coding is incorrect
- An organised mind, able to pick out patterns and trends in the text results, and able to spot errors
- Professional, intelligent and enthusiastic, hard-working and keen to learn with a flexible approach.
- You will need to be very comfortable using MS Office; in particular experienced with Excel
- Logical problem solving and a lateral thinking person
- Meticulous and methodical in approach to work
- Good typing skills
- This is not a direct client facing role, though you may  be required to participate in occasional client meetings from time to time
