Account / BusinessĀ Development Manager required by technology company based in Stevenage. Salary negotiable depending on skills and experience.

We now have an exciting and rewarding opportunity for an enthusiastic and results driven Account Development Manager to join the sales office of our server and storage distribution business. Demonstrating previous success within a sales environment, you will have a proactive sales approach, especially with regard to outbound calling. Good working knowledge of PC hardware, knowledge of server and storage hardware is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, both written and on the telephone are essential as it a confident personable and professional manner.

New Account Development
> Prospecting for potential new clients.
> Cold calling as appropriate to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
> Identifying potential clients and the decision makers within the organisation.
> Research and build relationships with new clients.
> Arranging face to face meetings where necessary.

Account Management
> Presenting new products and services, and enhance existing relationships.
> Arranging face to face meetings where necessary.
> Ensuring that the CRM database remains up to date at all times.
