Web Analyst required by leading online brand based in Central London. £30K - £32K depending on skills and experience.
 
We now have an exciting opportunity for a talented and motivated Web Analyst to join the Marketing Team of a leading online brand to support the delivery of customer understanding and insight. The Marketing Team is responsible for developing the strategic use of the customer database via delivery of reporting and insights to understand customer behaviour (supporting customer acquisition and retention) and drive new/existing revenue streams.
 
Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement all behavioural website reports including funnel, customer segmentation, feature usage, conversion to action, exit reports and landing page reports.
-Deploy tracking tags/pixels using tag managers and create reports and insight from Google Analytics.
-Help to define and interpret the results of A/B testing strategies across the business
-Respond to ad-hoc requests for insight from web analytics tools from key stakeholders 
-Work closely with the e-commerce, Customer Strategy and various Marketing teams, with the Senior Web Analyst, to help identify tactical and strategic opportunities to improve ‘digital’ as a channel. 

You: 
-Graduate qualification in computer science or a numerate subject.
-Experience in delivering web analytics to support marketing or trading.
-High levels of logical thinking & problem solving skills.
-Proficient using site reporting tools. Experience with Google Analytics and Localytics is essential.
-Experience in programming tools e.g., SQL and data analysis experience required
-Understanding of data tagging audit processes and a good knowledge of how digital tagging works.
