Experienced Sales Administrator required by Motor Dealership for our fantastic new showroom on Manchester Road, Bolton. Competitive salary offered.
We are a large privately owned dealer group employing over 250 employees, 60% of whom have been with us for 5 years or more. We have a strong relationship with the Manufacturers we represent and have a passion for ‘driving excellence’ in all that we do, ensuring we connect with both internal and external customers and provide an exceptional customer experience.
Our Sales Administration team are an integral part of the Sales Team providing admin support to ensure the needs of our customers are met whilst achieving sales objectives.
Accurately completing and processing all vehicle orders within given time frames, you will make sure all the paperwork and documentation is correct. You’ll also be responsible for invoicing and maintaining all vehicle and customer records.
Highly organised and conscientious, you’ll be able to plan and prioritise your own work to tight deadlines. With a working knowledge of spreadsheets and in-house computer systems, you’ll be accurate with superb attention to detail and possess the sort of confidence and communication skills that inspires trust in colleagues and customers alike.
You will be enrolled in the Vauxhall College and have access to both web based and classroom training as appropriate.
The successful candidate should possess the following:
-Excellent communication skills
-Experience in automotive sales administration and order processing
-Competent in Microsoft software such as Word, Office and Excel
-A high level of motivation and willing to work within a busy sales team
-A keen eye for detail and the ability to pick up product information and stock codes quickly
