One of the UK’s leading training providers delivering Apprenticeships in the workplace is expanding its team and is looking for a Hairdressing Trainer / Assessor to cover Gloucestershire & Bristol. Based from home visiting your caseload across the selected areas, use of your own car is essential. Salary is negotiable depending on skills and experience.
As an experienced Trainer / Assessor, you will be fully competent to train and assess the core qualifications of Hairdressing . You will have experience of completing whole awards with candidates within agreed timescales, developing Individual Learning Plans and conducting Learner Progress Reviews.
You:
-Hairdressing NVQ Level 3
-Functional Skills – English & Maths (or a willingness to up-skill)
-Minimum A1 / TAQA qualification
-Competent IT and communication skills
-Experience of working in a target driven environment
-Full clean driving license and use of own car
This position is offered for a 12 month contract or on a Freelance basis, with a view to the position becoming permanent in the future
