Customer Services Coordinator required by Freight & Logistics Company based in Basildon, Essex. Salary dependent on skills and experience.
We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join the team, coordinating customer collections and deliveries.
Day duties will include:
-Use e-solutions and internal systems to arrange customer collections and deliveries
-Complete daily stock checks, amendment lists and further checking processes to ensure no delays.
-Support daily operational business
-Develop relationships with both internal and external customers.
-Query resolution with clear and prompt communication
-Support internal sales
-Maintain and complete accurate records for customer and internal reporting
-Support invoicing within company requirements
You:
-Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a customer service role
-Understanding of land freight
-Excellent customer services and communication skills
-Friendly and efficient telephone manner
-Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
