Payroll Administrator required by established Chartered Accountancy practice based in Derby. Salary negotiable depending on skills and experience.
We now have a great opportunity for a full-time Payroll Administrator to join the team based in our office on Vernon Street, Derby.
You will be responsible for processing the payroll for a portfolio of clients, providing a friendly and professional service at all times.
Responsibilities
-Running weekly / monthly payroll for a range of clients including auto-enrolment duties
-Set up starters
-Process leavers
-Liaise with HMRC
-Assistance with simple tax returns
-Completion of P11ds
-Occasional bookkeeping, VAT and accountancy work
Skills & Experience
-Running multiple payrolls & being used to different deadlines for clients, ideally within an accountancy practice environment
-Using payroll software
-Auto enrolment duties and running appropriate software
-Strong client interaction experience
-Good accuracy and organisational skills
-Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
