Experienced Receptionist required by Motor Dealership based at our fantastic new showroom on Manchester Road, Bolton, Lancashire. Hours: 1pm – 6pm with alternative Saturday’s and holiday/sick cover as required. A minimum of 12 months reception experience in a commercial environment is essential and CVs without this requirement will not be considered.

We are a large privately owned dealer group employing over 250 employees, 60% of whom have been with us for 5 or more years. We have a strong relationship with the manufacturers we represent and have a passion for ‘driving excellence’ in all that we do, ensuring we connect with both internal and external customers and provide an exceptional customer experience.
We are now looking to recruit an experienced Receptionist to run the Dealership Reception and provide administration support to HR and other Management. 

- Manage the dealership switchboard, including receipt & forwarding of incoming call traffic, appropriate messaging and any relevant external calls.
- Meet and greet customers and site visitors and provide suitable hospitality.
- Ensure that all customers are directed personally to the relevant department.
- Ensure that the main reception area is clean and tidy and free of any clutter.
- Receive parcels and incoming mail, completing the appropriate paperwork and internal record.
- Manage both the hot drinks machine and the water machine.
- Collate weekly staff attendance data
- Process a variety of HR documentation as required
