Administrator required by Freight & Logistics Company based in Low Moor, Bradford. Salary depending on skills and experience.
We are now seeking to recruit an experienced Administrator to oversee drivers delivering goods to our warehouse.
Daily duties will include:
-Receiving drivers at the reception
-Prepare and process driver paperwork
-Issue keys and PDA
-Take customer bookings via phone and email
-Filing and dealing with Proof of Delivery requests
-Assist the transport operators with printing tipping lists
-Good communication skills essential
-Have high level of productivity whilst retaining accuracy with attention to detail.
-Be able to multi-task and manage a busy desk, reactive to work situations.
-Have excellent time management and able to prioritise their workload.
-Be a great team player and additionally the ability to work on own initiative and meet tight deadlines.
-Flexible, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude required.

Salary negotiable depending on skills and experience.
