Due to our client's continuous growth and expansion, they are looking to recruit a Customer Service Coordinator to join their busy team based in Guildford.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast paced Sales Office where you will be responsible for delivering an excellent Customer experience that will enable our client to continue their growth through repeat and new business.

You will be responsible for dealing with a range of customers from National Construction Companies through to small, independent businesses and private householders.

Hours will be a varying pattern between 07.00 and 17.30 Monday to Friday and one in three Saturdays 07.00 to 12.30.

- Previous experience in a customer service role.
- Must have a passion for customer service and have the ability to deal with customers at all levels.
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Ability to work in a faced paced environment and prioritise workloads.
- Work effectively as part of a team and work on own initiative.
- Computer literate.

Would suit a Customer Service Advisor, Customer Care Advisor, Sales Advisor, Sales Administrator, Customer Coordinator, Customer Service Coordinator, Sales & Customer Coordinator.
