Office Manager required by Business Facility based in Cobham, Surrey. Salary circa £26,000 - £28,000 plus bonus depending on skills and experience. Pleasant and friendly environment in a converted barn setting. Ideal role for an ambitious candidate with some commercial experience looking to take their next career step and make their mark on a new and exciting project. First class people management and customer service skills are essential for this role. Previous experience in the hospitality / events sector would be highly advantageous.
 
Fantastic opportunity for a motivated Office Manager to join a brand-new venture.  Our client has recently launched a space for business start up's, freelance professionals and SME's, which allows communities of professionals to come together and share the benefits of a diverse co-working community. 
 
We are now looking to recruit an Office Manager to oversee the smooth, efficient and proactive running of the Facility on a daily basis, ensuring a professional yet friendly atmosphere is maintained and procedures followed in an organised manner. You will be a sociable and personable individual with the ability to be highly organized and efficient. A team player, willing to integrate with the existing staff and community.  
 
Responsibilities
-Oversee existing team (café manager, maintenance manager, facility assistant).
-Manage facility calendar.
-Order/ collect supplies (café and maintenance).
-Mail handling (incoming and outgoing).
-Monitor and collate building usage for monthly member direct debit payments
-Monthly fire safety test/ evacuation procedure.
-Respond to email / phone enquiries
-Manage car parking allocations.
-Complete facility tours for potential customers.
-Customer relations and problem solving.
-Organise a schedule of weekly co-working events.
-Complete new member starter procedure.  

This is an interesting and varied role with which will adapt and evolve over time as the Facility develops and expands.
