Customer Services Administrator required by engineering and manufacturing company based in Aylesford, Kent. Salary £16,000 - £17,000 depending on skills and experience. Previous experience in a customer service / administration role highly desirable.
 
We are now looking to recruit an enthusiastic Customer Services Administrator to support the running of our busy Customer Services Department.
 
Roles and Responsibilities:
-Process enquiries, quotations / sales orders and accurately keyboard input detail into system.
-Respond to sales enquiries from existing and potential customers.
-Deal with order enquiries from internal and external customers.
-Liaise with factory functions on lead times, order progression, transport.
-Achieve agreed order and quotation processing targets for response time, data accuracy and service levels.
-Continually develop technical product knowledge.
