New Car Sales Manager required by Motor Dealership based at a state of the art dealership in Bolton, Lancashire. Competitive salary + OTE offered. Previous experience of a similar role within the Motor Trade is essential along with proven success in a fast moving, high volume environment.
 
We are a large privately-owned dealer group employing over 250 employees, 60% of whom have been with us for 5 years or more. We have a strong relationship with the manufacturers we represent and have a passion for “driving excellence” in all that we do ensuring we connect with both internal and external customers and provide an exceptional customer experience.
 
Key responsibilities will include:
-Drive sales and maximising profitability
-Recruit and select the sales team members in line with organisational requirements
-Train and motivate the team with daily and measured 1-2-1 review meetings
-Maintain a motivated, productive and rewarded team
-Maintain customer service standards and processes that are in line with Manufacturer standards and business requirements
-Manage enquiries and identifying opportunities to grow market share, long term loyalty and profitability.
-Create high quality marketing and promotion strategies
-Monitor and evaluate customer needs and competitor activity
-Regularly communicates and interacts with members of other departments to develop the business and the business team ethos
