Commercial Van Sales Manager required by Motor Dealership based at our volume main dealership in Grimsby. Competitive salary + OTE offered. Previous experience of working within the Motor Trade is essential.
We are a large privately-owned dealer group employing over 250 employees, 60% of whom have been with us for 5 years or more. We have a strong relationship with the manufacturers we represent and have a passion for “driving excellence” in all that we do ensuring we connect with both internal and external customers and provide an exceptional customer experience.
Key responsibilities will include:
-Maximise the sales and profitability of Commercial vehicles both new and used.
-Deliver a professional, personal and enjoyable customer service
-Develop and manage new and used sales processes
-Ensure revenue growth to meet business plan targets
-Ensure optimum stock of vehicles
-Win new business in line with agreed parameters
-Visit new businesses around the local area to prospect.

The successful candidate should possess the following:
-Proven record within the motor industry and outstanding sales and marketing skills (minimum 2 years)
-Successful track record of Commercial Vehicle sales with proven records of continually reaching targets and KPI’s
-Excellent IT skills
-Tenacious and driven
-Strong negotiator, possessing excellent presentation skills
-Commercial awareness
-Self-management and drive
-Leadership skills and experience
-Driving licence
