The Field & Channel Marketing Manager - Northern Europe will be an experienced, highly motivated individual, mainly responsible for the markets UK/IRE, Nordics, Netherlands and Belgium. This position will be part of the EMEA team, giving the opportunity to share thoughts and ideas within the marketing team but also with Sales and Presales in order to develop the presence and success in the targeted regions.

• Develop the marketing strategy for your region
• Collaborate closely with Sales and EMEA Marketing team and other key stakeholders to develop and execute an integrated marketing plan to generate leads and accelerate pipeline
• Create and manage marketing plans with key distribution partners to drive increased awareness of products and services
• Drive, and adapt where needed, the company “story” to position our value to various target audiences
• Create tailored value propositions and messaging for segments of the business ensuring that competitive advantage is well communicated throughout
• Be accountable and take ownership of the activity to drive sales and deliver increasing ROI
• Build relationship with our partner base, create campaigns with our resellers and technical alliance partners
• Share and leverage best practices from Field & Channel Marketing counterparts in EMEA and USA with the goal of driving efficiencies and best practice whilst optimising the mix of local vs. pan-EMEA go-to-market strategies and campaigns
• Create customer retention/cross selling programs
• Create and maintain a portfolio of customer success stories, references and testimonials, building a network of advocates and influencers that can be leveraged in marketing and PR initiatives
• Create, track and amend marketing budget for the region

• Marketing experience in the software area
• Experience delivering effective demand generation marketing campaigns and programs that deliver measurable and repeatable results
• Experience in B2B marketing, knowledge of the partner base in the region
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency of designing and implementing integrated marketing programmes;
• Ability to identify customer insights and turn them into compelling messages and campaigns
• Initiative – Recognizes opportunities and initiates actions to capitalize on them by looking for new and productive ways to make an impact
• Willingness to travel (40-50%)
• Highly self-motivated
