Experienced IT Sales Executive required by IT Solutions company based in Shepperton, Middlesex. Salary up to £26K basic - £30K OTE depending on skills and experience.

Established in 1999, we are an innovative provider of IT design, consultancy planning and deployment of systems, delivering efficient IT solutions for medium/large-sized organisations within both the public and commercial sector. Our main client base are located within London and the UK Southern Counties. 

Due to the growth of sales revenue, we are now looking to recruit an (experienced) IT Sales Executive to create and develop existing and new business opportunities. With a proven track record in IT Sales of a minimum of 3 years, you will have first class rapport building and customer service skills. Self-motivated with the ability to organize you own time and priorities, you will have a strong desire to succeed at developing sales and new business opportunities.

There will initially be a large amount of cold/warm calling to generate leads these will be passed onto the sales team however with a view to growing the role into field sales itself.

Mainly, we sell IT hardware and software solutions for products vendored by Commvault, NETGEAR, Fujitsu, NetApp and DELLEMC. Primary business focus is within the market for disaster recovery and business continuity IT solutions ie. data management and protection, virtualisation, and application delivery and management; and providing key customer services with technical support.

A large part of the role includes new business creation; building and tracking the sales pipeline of opportunities; attending monthly sales and marketing meetings, handling and following up enquiries and communicating results to Senior Management.

The successful candidate will need to be outgoing, extremely well-organised and flexible. You will also be working on a number of projects with the sales team, in addition to producing reports and metrics on sales opportunities and sales pipeline development.
