Customer Services Representative / Operator required by Freight & Logistics Company based in Nuneaton. Salary dependent on skills and experience. An understanding of land freight processes is essential for this role.
Working as part of a team within our busy Export Customer Services Department, you will arrange collections and deliveries for groupage, part loads and full load shipments, in an efficient and cost-effective manner which meets the demand of the client/agent but ensures maximum profit.
Key Responsibilities:
-Arrange export collections with customers using e-solutions and internal systems
-Complete daily stock checks, amendment lists and further checking processes to ensure no delays.
-Maintain and complete accurate records for customer and internal reporting
-Support daily operational business with clear and prompt communication
-Grow and maintain relationships with both internal and external customers. Query resolution
-Deliver excellent customer services and support internal sales 

About You:
-Understanding of land freight essential
-Able to establish a client requirement and apply a suitable solution.
-Excellent telephone manner
-A passion for excellence and a commitment to be the best.
-High levels of energy, sound judgement and determination to achieve with a sense of urgency.
-Attention to detail with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn
-Ability to build relationships and work unsupervised when necessary
-Minimum GCSE standard in English, Geography and Maths (or equivalent) essential, second language beneficial
-Computer literate
