Our client is seeking a Data Analyst to be based in their offices in Aldershot. This focus of this role is the development and production of business performance reports to enable operational excellence within the company, supporting execution of Brand Plans Key Performance Objectives, while maintaining compliance with Local Laws and Codes of Conduct.

The scope of the role will be production of Commercial reports, covering all affiliates of the company outside the USA and evaluation of Distributor Partner performance where appropriate.

The reporting will cover both business activities, such as sales activity, and output measures, such as invoiced sales. Reports will be generated to cover multi-country segments of the business, country level reports and even local analytics to help individuals, in particular field-based members of the teams to prioritise and monitor performance.

This role will need (to develop) a working knowledge of “Business Systems”. Such Business Systems include those used for Business Reporting (predominantly Excel), Customer Relationship Management (Veeva CRM), Training Systems (Knovio), Business Support (DropBox), Governance and Compliance (Veeva Vault: QDocs + Align), Finance Support (DocuPhase), marketing materials development & approval (Promomats).

Business Reporting
•Designs and generates business reports to support the European Leadership Team
•Manages projects related to the business reporting, including working across functions to provide efficient dashboard reporting for ELT, increasing transparency of results and reducing duplication.
•Supports Quarterly Business Review process, providing standard and bespoke
reporting on performance for both the company affiliates and Partner Distributors.
•Utilising Data from Veeva Customer Relationship Management
•Ensures data from Veeva-CRM can be utilised efficiently to populate business reports for the company in EMEA.
•Develops skills in respect of administration of the Veeva System, with training support provided by the company (direct with Veeva).
•Supports maintenance of Veeva CRM for European operations, working with external Consultant and Veeva Managed Services.
•Supports Training to field-based team members on the correct use of Veeva – by way of regular updates and as part of induction training of new staff.
