Business Manager / Sales Controller required by Motor Dealership based in Grimsby. c£20K basic - OTE of £40K+ depending on skills and experience.

Based at our Volume Main Dealership in Grimsby, we are looking to recruit an experienced and professional Business Manager/Sales Controller. The successful candidate will have responsibility for maximising the profitable sales of finance and insurance products to the desired high standard of our brand. Previous experience in a sales / business development / finance / insurance role within the Motor Industry is essential for this role.

Roles and Responsibilities:
-Maximise the profitable sales of finance and insurance products.
-Assist in the closing of vehicle sales by providing finance products as an aid to selling.
-Secure finance business using providers approved by the Wilson and Co Group.
-Ensure the Company’s F & I policies are strictly adhered to by all staff when using finance and insurance products.
-Ensure that Sales Management, General Management and other front line sales staff are kept abreast of developments in the finance and insurance market.
-Aim for complete customer satisfaction in all areas of finance business. To ensure all legal requirements of the FCA are met. 

The successful candidate will have up to date knowledge and relevant experience gained within the Motor Finance and Motor Insurance industry as well as the ability to build good customer relationships and negotiate profitable transactions. Understanding of legal, tax and fiscal implications of finance and insurance is essential.

-Able to develop contacts within the F & I industry.
-Understanding of the legal, tax and fiscal implications of Finance and Insurance.

-Smart and presentable personal appearance, with excellent communication and IT skills
