Our client, based in Farnborough, is looking for a Brand Manager to join their creative team.

Develop impactful point of sales material and shopper marketing initiatives.

Develop compelling launch materials, video and photographic content and sell-in packs for new products launched.

Arrange and manage brand photo and video shoots.

Develop Launch Packs for the global new product launches in conjunction with Brand Lead & Product Managers.

Support Brand Lead and Digital Marketing Manager in the development and implementation of digital assets to support on-line consumer engagement strategies.

Assist with the creation and implementation of digital content and copy for brand and customer websites. Assist with execution of the agreed social media plans.

Development of global trade and consumer marketing communications collateral in line with brand plans, including catalogues, trade flyers and advertising material.

Responsible for the project management of Spring Fair Trade Shows.

Ensure compliance to Brand Guidelines across global markets for all trade and consumer collateral – develop SOP’s and sign off process.

Management of trade marketing and trade show elements of marketing budget.

Analyse and monitor effectiveness of marketing activities and recommend enhancements and improvements for future.

Assist Product Managers with creation of packaging and other product brand assets on an ad hoc basis.

Compile agreed new product briefs for submission to the NPD / Design team and creation of business cases to justify NPD investment.

Manage new product cost data and quotes, ensuring communication with and sign off from Brand Lead.

Manage execution and development of impactful packaging on assigned projects, ensuring that all packs are not only physically fit for purpose but that they deliver first class communication messages and are in line with brand guidelines.

Work with counterparts in the NPD / Design team to manage completion of relevant tasks within the NPD critical path to ensure projects are completed on time, within cost and to specification.

Work closely with sales offices and departments (USA, UK, Export) to ensure that all packaging, product data and associated collateral is in line with the market requirements.

Manage requests and availability of product sales sample for the group in line with launch plan dates.

Manage product data requirements; from collection of relevant data to the accurate input and management of the product Item Set Up Sheets (ISUS), from start to finish.

•A Bachelors degree in business, marketing or similar qualification.
•Proven trade and consumer marketing experience in branded goods.
•Experience of working across multi-channel communications platforms, exposure to digital marketing is desirable.
•Experience of working with third party design agencies on the production of print collateral and POS.
•Experience of project managing trade shows is desirable.
•Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial business, ability to focus and work under pressure.
•Must be numerate and have excellent PC skills.
•Excellent copy writing skills.
