Exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Representative for Special Accounts to join a leading global logistics supplier based at their Head Office in Low Moor, Bradford. Competitive salary offered for the right person. Experience in a Logistics/Freight environment would be highly desirable but not essential.
Working as part of a team you will act as a dedicated contact for Key Customer Accounts, providing the exemplary standard of customer service they have come to expect of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
-Work closely with a number of our strategic clients managing all aspects of their business with the company
-Manage enquiries from client’s at all levels from director’s, sales, administration, warehouse
-Coordinate internal communication with UK and European colleagues to ensure maximum operational performance
-Administer booking process via EDI/ online options
Coordinate stock management system for receipt, storage and despatch of a client’s pallets in our storage facility
-Manage suppliers for any external logistics services

About You:
-Ability to plan and prioritise your own workload
-Good communication skills and telephone manner
-Committed to providing excellence in customer service
-Experience in a customer services environment
-Attention to detail
-Experience in a Logistics/Freight environment would be highly desirable
