Our client is a prestigious and very highly regarded international company who are seeking a Recruitment Specialist for their office in Oxford.

This role is part of a centralised recruitment function delivering recruitment services to their locations in Oxford, Hams Hall and Swindon. In this role you will have the opportunity to create and deliver a recruitment strategy for those business entities, in alignment with UK Group Strategy.

You will be responsible for the effective and efficient co-ordination, monitoring and controlling of all recruitment processes in line with business talent acquisition strategy.

The delivery of SLA’s and KPI’s and relevant targets at local business and Group level. To ensure provision of analytics and reporting to support proactive management of service delivery and budget management.

Provide a timely and well organised process driven service, ensuring all positions are filled in time, with suitable candidates.

Support the effective and efficient running of the recruitment function by delivering processes that are automated, streamlined and fit for purpose.

Utilise recruitment systems to manage recruitment processes efficiently and effectively and to improve connectivity to supports a great candidate and hiring manager experience.

Support the Group with ensuring a holistic recruitment management delivery.

Support and guide third party providers in the provision of service i.e., Master Vendor, PSL providers.

This role will be expected to cover all recruitment activity including supporting with students, graduates and apprentices.

Qualifications and experience
•A strong and credible Recruitment Specialist with previous experience in an “in house” recruitment or business partner role.
•Strong interpersonal skills, personal effectiveness, flexible in approach and adaptable to changing situations.
•Experience of working in a fast paced, high volume working environment, relevant qualifications (CIPD qualified) and an exceptional level of commercial awareness.
•Be able to influence and communicate to differing levels of management and industry backgrounds.
•Drive forward improvements in the recruitment process and the recruitment function as a whole, with new innovations and working methodologies.
•Proven ability to work to deadlines with a high level of accuracy.
•SHL/CEB qualified.
•Strong analytical skills
•Computer literate with sound knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages including Excel and IT Systems e.g., Applicant Tracker System.
