Office & Sales Administrator is required by an award winning leading FMCG fragrance and toiletries brand for the youth market based in Harrow, West London. Salary: £17k to £20k based on experience.

Responsibilities :
-General Office Administration
-Answering incoming calls, dealing with customer queries
-Liaising with warehouse regarding orders
-Problem solving around orders/deliveries
-Data entry, invoicing
-Working with other team members and departments

Skills and Experience:
-Excellent customer service skills
-Excellent communication and organisational skills
-A high level of attention to detail
-Knowledge of Office programmes including Word and Excel
