Experienced 1st / 2nd Line Support Analyst required to join the growing team at a software company based in Surbiton, Surrey. Salary £20,000 - £24,000 depending on skills and experience.
We are looking for an individual with IT support experience who has a positive and enthusiastic approach when assisting with all support queries. You will be responsible for diagnosing and updating calls, and troubleshooting problems. You will have ownership of the Service Desk call queues. Ensuring that calls are managed, allocated, escalated and most importantly resolved within SLA. Whilst also ensuring that users receive the highest level of customer service. This position is both technical and customer service based.
This role will be primarily based in Surbiton, but the successful candidate may be required to make occasional visits to Client sites.
Essential Requirements
-Candidates must have at least 2 years’ experience in an IT Support role
-Excellent Customer service and communication skills
-Ability to adapt to fast changing workloads and priorities
-Ticket Management – identify, prioritise and action incidents
-Experience of working with client and server Windows Operating Systems
-Working knowledge of Active Directory & Group Policy
-Ability to create training documentation & User Guides
The following would be an advantage;
-Experience of using Jira Service Desk
-Knowledge of using MS SQL
-A passion for technology and evidence of self-learning
