Office Administrator / Data Entry required by an award winning leading FMCG fragrance and toiletries brand for the youth market based in Harrow, West London. Salary: £17K to £20K based on experience
Responsibilities :
-General Office Administration
-Answering incoming calls, dealing with customer queries
-Data entry
-Working with other team members and departments
-Admin support for Accounts department
Skills and Experience:
-Excellent communication and organisational skills
-Data entry and computer literacy
-Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
-Highly numerate
-Ability to prioritise
-Ability to work within a team
-Good knowledge of Office programmes including Word and Excel
-Prior experience in Sage 50 accounts is a plus
