Our client is a rising star in the UK's financial Services sector. They are currently in an exciting growth period and looking to double the size of their Life Insurance Sales Team in Leeds over the coming months with existing consultants earning up to £80k and more. A minimum of 18 months sales experience in a target driven environment preferable but not essential.
For hard-working, committed and ambitious candidates, initial salary is £18K - £25K basic up to £40K+ expected OTE in the first year.   Some previous telesales experience would be highly beneficial but not essential, as it’s your personality, work ethic and determination to hit and exceed targets that we’re looking for in potential candidates - Whatever your reason, we want to hear from you. No insurance experience is required. Motivated and talented Graduate / college leavers looking to start a career in sales will be considered.
On a day to day basis you will be:
-Contacting customers via phone/email/text on receipt of internet enquiries and taking leads from our in-house call centre (no cold calling)
-Overcoming customer objections and selling the benefits of our products and services
-Performing in-depth fact finds, providing quotes and arranging policies for customers over the phone in line with our sales structure
-Providing excellent customer service and adhering to all compliance and financial services guidelines. 

To fill the role, you will need to:
-Be target driven and money motivated
-Have an excellent telephone manner and exceptional problem-solving skills
-Have excellent attention to detail and competent IT skills 

Upon joining, each Trainee Sales executive will undergo a full training programme. On successful completion, trainees will be integrated into the sales team with continued training and coaching. This is a target driven role and the successful trainees will be expected to progress steadily through our bronze, silver, gold and platinum bonus schemes with each having higher targets and greater earning potential. The company always looks at career progression and all current managers have been developed from more junior roles from within the company.
