Private Medical Insurance & Employee Benefits Account Handler required by Insurance Specialist based their Poole Head Office. Salary £20,000 - £26,000 depending on skills and experience.

Relevant experience of working in private medical insurance is essential and it would be great if you have experience of working with life insurance, key man, critical illness, death-in-service and cash plan products as well. You will need strong communication skills and the ability to engage with a wide variety of interested parties. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter, with an appetite to learn and achieve professional qualifications.

As a PMI & Employee Benefits Account Handler, you’ll be part of our successful and ever expanding division. You will be required to deal with a huge range of different customers, both commercial and private clients, providing the expertise they require and handling and resolving all enquiries promptly and positively.

-Relevant experience of working in Private Medical Insurance
-Experience using Acturis software
-Ability to deliver excellent customer service
-Ability to work in a team/team player
-Ability to work swiftly yet accurately
-Cope with varying workloads and pressures
-Good negotiation skills
-Decision making
-Numeracy and literacy skills (to GCSE level/equivalent)
