Experienced Office Administrator required by firm of Chartered Accountants based in air-conditioned offices close to Hatfield town Centre. Salary negotiable, depending on experience. Full-time, permanent role.
Role will involve general office duties, including:
-Answering the phone, greeting visitors, preparing letters, printing, filing, scanning and photocopying
-Filing documents electronically at Companies House, with HMRC and with the Charity Commission
-Maintaining database
-Ordering stationery
-Looking after kitchen
-Franking and posting mail
-Working closely with the Practice Manager
You will have:
-Office administration experience
-Good communication skills and telephone manner
-A smart appearance
-Be computer-literate (with particular familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite of programs).
-A cheerful and willing disposition. Fluency in English is essential.
