Account / Customer Service / Project Manager (POS/POP Displays) required by manufacturer based in Whetstone, nr Leicester. Salary negotiable depending on skills and experience. We have a great opportunity for an experienced CSM with excellent project management or Project Manager with client facing skills looking for a more challenging senior role. Previous experience of in-store marketing displays essential. The role involves the overall management of key client accounts. Competitive salary offered.
Responsibilities
-Ensure the service level is kept above expectations
-Face to face client meetings
-Overall management of the account. One point of contact
-Produce internal paperwork to brief production team
-Produce CPA’s for more complex projects
-Working closely with different departments
-Problem solving and working well with teams to ensure the delivery of goods to meet the customers’ requirements.
-Maximise sales opportunities
You:
-Previous experience of in-store marketing displays essential
-Be very detail driven
-Enthusiasm. The solutions will not always present themselves, successful candidate will have to demonstrate a problem-solving mentality
-Strong communication skills
-A positive attitude
-Time management skills
-Ability to work with other departments towards a shared goal
-Comfortable working in Excel
-Strong commercial understanding
-Be able to work under pressure. The POS industry is extremely fast paced
