Sales Advisor required by Insurance Specialist based in Poole. Relevant experience of working in employee benefits and/or protection insurance is essential. Salary £25,000 - £27,500 depending on skills and experience.
We are currently recruiting for an Insurance Sales Advisor to join our growing Employee Benefits & Protection department. As part of our highly successful team, you will be advising both individual and corporate clients on their life/critical illness, income protection and private medical insurance needs.
Responsibilities:
-Manage the renewal of existing group policies
-Obtain and collate information of a client’s protection insurance needs and provide advice on suitable products to meet those needs
-Provide administrative support to the team,
-Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
Skills and Experince:
-Experience of life/critical illness insurance, income protection and/or private medical insurance
-Excellent communicator with strong people skills
-Highly customer focused and dedicated to maintaining excellent customer service levels
-Ability to listen to clients, identify needs and confidently deliver solutions
-Brilliant time management, well organised and articulate
