Working within the Business Services and Operational Excellence departments, and reporting to the Head of Business Architecture, the Operational Data Analyst will utilise operational and financial sources to gather, analyse, interpret and present data for the Directors and Management teams to support critical and commercial decision-making.
The key responsibilities of the role are:
-Collate, organise, analyse, cleanse and interpret high volumes of data and present in a meaningful format to decision makers
-Establish, maintain, and enhance any required routine reporting for both internal and external business intelligence
-Presentation and delivery of results to all levels of the business
-Apply attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and validity of data, reports and presentations to support commercial decision making
-Through effective time management and prioritization, deliver data by required deadlines

The successful candidate will:
-Possess advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and related Programs especially Excel
-Understand programming languages i.e. SQL, Oracle, Phythone, VBA
-Outline, develop and document procedures and workflows
-Have the ability to produce clear representation and visualisation of data
-Be able to demonstrate interpersonal skills at all levels
-Be comfortable working with limited supervision and be able to prioritise workload to meet deadlines
