Customer Service Administrator required by freight and logistics company based in Mallusk, near Belfast. Salary negotiable depending on skills and experience.
We are now looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to provide high level customer support to existing and potential clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. With some previous experience in a customer support role, you will have excellent computer skills (Outlook/Word/Excel) and the ability to communicate in a clear and confident manner. Previous experience within the logistics industry would be highly desirable.
Role:
-Making and answering telephone calls
-Filing
-Confirm shipment details with various parties
-Booking shipments onto the company’s TMS
-Liaising with internal staff to ensure customer needs are being met
-Liaising with external sub-contractors
-Receiving and responding to customer e-mails
-Use the various computer systems within the company to help meet customer requirements
-Preparing incoming manifests and completing discrepancy reports
-Preparing figures for weekly and monthly KPI reports
-Follow company procedures for Health and Safety
