Are you looking for a career within a young and exciting company? Our client is a rising star in the UK's financial Services sector. From its formation in 2008 it now employs over 100 people in vibrant sales centre across 5 UK locations. Basic salary of £18,000 with OTE of £20,000. Recent graduates, school / college leavers considered. No experience necessary. Evening part-time roles are also available. Hours 4pm-8pm Monday to Thursday and 2pm-6pm on Friday.

The company sells insurance products over the phone to customers throughout the UK and is looking to recruit a number of highly motivated and hardworking individuals to work in its outbound lead generation call centre. This is not a cold calling team – all contacts have expressed an interest in the products already.

No experience is necessary – it’s your personality and work ethic that are important to use – so this is an ideal position for someone who is looking for their first job after school, college or University or who is trying to get back into work for whatever reason (eg following redundancy or maternity). Hours of work are 10am to 7pm Monday to Thursday and 9.30am to 6.30pm on Friday – no weekend working.

-Reach and exceed a targeted number of outbound customer calls per day as determined by the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that have been set for the role.
-Pass through a minimum number of leads to the Sales Team as determined by the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
-Enhance the customer journey in a professional and polite manner at all times
-Ensure that all compliance procedures are adhered to at all times.
-Ensure that all contacts (successful or otherwise) are recorded on our back office system.
-Use the skill sets learned to capitalise on all business opportunities

-Basic salary of £18,000 with OTE of £20,000

Career Progression
The company always tries to promote from within and all of the companies managers have been developed from more junior roles. We are also keen to move staff into other areas to broaden their knowledge and help us retain good staff. After a successful period in the Outbound Call Centre opportunities will be available in the Admin, Retention, Sales (personal and business) and Will Writing teams. Sales and Retention positions basic salaries circa £18,000 plus bonus (OTE £30/£40k)
